Plant Controller – Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity

Join a dynamic and established manufacturing operation of 300+ employees that produces essential household and home product materials—such as diapers, feminine hygiene products, bottle wrappers, and labeling substrates. This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across operations, sales, and corporate finance.

As Plant Controller, you will oversee all financial and accounting activities for the Nashville facility. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
