Orange County Real Estate Development Company / Property Management Company seeks an Accountant.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of FIVE years' experience with Real Estate Development / Residential / Property Management Field.
• Must have extensive experience in preparing financial statements.
• Expert knowledge of YARDI is a MUST.
• Post all month-end journal entries and closing.
• Ability to review, analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries to the general ledger a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Tax Code experience is helpful.
• Required Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in accounting or finance.
• Energetic, hard-working and bright.
• CPA

Stable past employment history is required. Company is located in Laguna Hills. Candidate should live within 25 minutes of Laguna Hills.
