We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller or Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with accounting systems, and the ability to lead and develop a small accounting team while performing basic tasks such as AR, sales tax reporting, and time clock management. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements • Support leadership with financial planning and decision-making Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or CMA preferred • 5+ years of accounting experience, including management responsibility • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Compensation: $24.50 - $28 hourly
