Responsibilities for Controller / Accounting Manager

MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE AND AN ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND. CONSTRUCTION / WATER MITIGATION EXPERIENCE HELPFUL

Enter, track and pay company accounts payable

Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger

Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts

Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports for different funding sources and Royalty Reporting

Assist General Manager for the preparation of the audit work

Assist General Manager in preparing the budget for the organization

Work with Quickbooks Online / DASH / excel / Outlook and other proprietary software

***. Accounts Receivable. Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses that owe money.

***. Invoice customers for services rendered

Weekly Payroll processing

Weekly financial meeting

Qualifications for Controller / Accounting Manager

The ability to prioritize while adhering to strict deadlines

Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online

Maintaining yearly cash sheets (excel)

Accounts payable / Receivable

Attention to detail
