ARC Living dba Axia Residential is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting functions for a growing multifamily investment and property management platform. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing the accounting team, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting & month-end close

Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP

Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis

Oversee investor reporting, distributions, and capital transactions

Ensure compliance with lender requirements and partnership agreements

Lead and develop the accounting team

Qualifications

7–10+ years of accounting experience with leadership experience

Background in multifamily, real estate, or property management accounting

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar systems

CPA strongly preferred
