    We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to join our client's team.     Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
    • Conduct monthly and annual close processes
    • Ensure timely completion of reconciliations
    • Communicate financial information effectively to business leaders
    • Lead the annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors
    • Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to drive financial performance and support decision-making
    • Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
    • Practical understanding of IFRS 15 and 16
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Leadership skills with the ability to guide both your team and collaborate with others
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to challenges
