We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our client's accounting operations and support the financial health of our fast-growing business. This role will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, providing insight and controls that drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, GL, and reconciliations

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness

• Manage internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness

• Develop and implement policies to improve financial processes and ensure GAAP compliance

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and key management reports

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and efficiency within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

• Proven background in managing the close process, financial reporting, and audits

• Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Hacienda Heights, CA
