Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate-level business education preferred.
- CPA is not required.
Professional Experience
- At least five years of experience in accounting within a complex operational environment, ideally in a setting with regulated financial processes.
- Strong background in financial management, including:
- Labor cost oversight
- Revenue assessment
- Expense control
- Contract review and negotiation
- Utilization analysis
- Experience developing, managing, and optimizing both capital and operational budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and enforce a robust internal control structure.
- Prior leadership experience, ideally managing smaller teams for a minimum of two years.
Team & Work Structure
- This role includes supervision of two direct reports whose responsibilities cover transactional financial processes and supply oversight.
- The position interacts regularly with regional partners and advisory resources.
- Standard on-site schedule, Monday–Friday, daytime hours.
- Occasional participation in leadership-level on-call rotations is required for emergency or urgent operational needs.

Compensation
- Salary range: $115,000–$125,000, plus an annual incentive opportunity targeting approximately 25% of base salary.
