Location: HQ is in Bothell, WA Pay Range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually DOE
We are seeking a Financial Controller to own and manage the full lifecycle of our accounting operations, including the general ledger, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit support, in accordance with IFRS. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable partnering with leadership to support operational performance and growth.

What You'll Do:
Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition for recurring service contracts.
Maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting accuracy.
Support audits, tax filings, and lender/investor reporting.
Partner with operations on route, branch, and margin analysis to support business decisions.
Drive process improvements and system efficiencies across the accounting function.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA eligible (CPA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with progressive responsibility.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition, ideally for recurring or contract-based revenue.
A track record of maintaining internal controls and supporting audits.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.
PestPac experience a plus.
Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
