Job Description

Ideal candidate:

CPA license required

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience

Background in privately held or family-owned business

Experience with commercial real estate, construction, development, and distribution business

Experience managing multiple entities and investment structures

Strong banking, lender, and cash flow management experience

Tax strategy awareness and experience.

Ability to work alongside outside CPA/legal teams

Ability to work directly with ownership/family leadership

Experience in long term and short-term strategic planning

Long-term trust and discretion working directly with ownership

Strong operational discipline and strategic decision-making ability

This person will co-manage/co-oversee:

All accounting, treasury, and financial operations

Financial reporting across all entities

Cash flow forecasting and capital planning

Banking relationships and lending structures

Lease portfolio financial oversight

Investment analysis and entity management
