We are seeking a strategic, mission-aligned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, long-term planning, and operational effectiveness across both organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, a proven track record of scaling businesses, and a heart aligned with faith-based values. Responsibilities: • Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. • Develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability. • Provide strategic counsel to ownership and leadership on business decisions, investments, and risk management. • Oversee accounting functions and ensure accurate, timely financial data across both entities. • Support fundraising, lending, and capital allocation decisions. • Implement systems and processes that bring clarity, accountability, and stewardship. • Partner with leadership to evaluate new opportunities and ensure alignment with long-term goals. • Lead with integrity, humility, and a servant-leader mindset that reflects our core values. Qualifications: • Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader in a growing company (multi-entity experience a plus). • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and accounting principles. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically. • Alignment with Christian values and a desire to steward resources for Kingdom impact. • CPA or MBA preferred, but not required. Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 yearly
