We’re hiring for a key Controller role with a well-established, design-driven firm headquartered in San Francisco. This firm delivers premium residential and creative projects for high net worth clients and is known for its long-standing reputation, high-profile work, and commitment to excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position reporting directly to the owner. You’ll play a critical role in driving financial clarity, structure, and profitability across the business while leading all aspects of accounting and project-based finance.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or controller-level role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)

• Expertise in project-based accounting, ideally within design, architecture, or related industries

• Proficiency with project accounting software

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style
