What You’ll Do

• Own the full accounting function (AP, AR, GL, payroll, cost accounting)
• Lead WIP reporting, job cost analysis, and cash flow forecasting
• Drive accurate, timely financial reporting and month-end close
• Partner closely with project managers and senior leadership
• Strengthen processes, controls, and systems as the company scales
• Manage ERP integration with Procore
• Oversee billings, collections, payroll, and fixed assets
• Lead, mentor, and grow the accounting team
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Construction industry experience required (GC preferred)
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong GAAP foundation and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, Bill.com a plus
