As Controller, you would be responsible for leading all financial operations and providing strategic financial oversight for a growing organization. This role drives financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring scalable systems and strong internal controls. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and executive reporting
• Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
• Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team
