    Job Summary

    The Controller plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s financial objectives by developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. This position ensures regulatory compliance and fiscal discipline through diligent oversight, enforcement, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms. By conducting audits, collaborating with external partners, and safeguarding company assets, the Controller upholds the highest standards of financial integrity. Additionally, this role provides strategic insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance long-term profitability.

    Controller Job Responsibilities:

    Provide strategic financial leadership across three business entities alongside the Director of Finance

    Oversee accounting operations, audits, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling activities.

    Optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury management across the portfolio of companies.

    Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency through data and KPI’s

    Support business expansion and new business development.

    Manage to GAAP principles and provide accounting views for Tax, Managerial and Investors.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA Preferred)

    CPA (Preferred)

    7-10+ years of experience in a senior finance role; multi-entity preferred.

    Strong knowledge of GAAP, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

    Proven success in implementing scalable financial systems and controls

    Experience in working with private equity, investors, or lenders.

    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

    Advanced Excel and Accounting software proficiency (example: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)
