Job Description
The Controller will serve as an integral business partner, leading the operational accounting functions of SNY and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. As a key advisor to leadership, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information in accordance with GAAP. This role is responsible for overseeing all core accounting operations, including monthly and quarterly close processes, financial reporting, payroll, treasury functions, accounts payable and the assessment and maintenance of internal controls.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities to manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, implement best practices, and build scalable, efficient processes that support SNY’s continued growth.

This is a full-time role that follows a hybrid work schedule, with four in-office days per week at our downtown New York City office.
In accordance with applicable NYC law, the estimated annual salary for this role is $125,000 - $175,000 commensurate with experience. This position is bonus eligible.
