A rapidly growing company in Miami is seeking a Controller to help drive the business to its next level of success. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with ownership and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and direction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate directly with the CFO to support strategic financial initiatives
• Compile, prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports
• Perform and manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning process
• Lead and coordinate audit reviews, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Make recommendations to the C-Level Executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is a plus
• 6-15 years of total accounting experience with progression at each stop
• Large ERP systems experience; NetSuite is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Monday through Friday
