We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held manufacturing organization seeking a Controller to lead corporate accounting operations across multiple divisions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role offers leadership responsibility over a nationwide operation and the opportunity to influence financial strategy and operational performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Overseeing larger size teams (5-10 Direct Reports)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Financial statement preparation
• Experience leading and having complete ownership of full close process (journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, general ledger, budget v. actual)

Pluses:

• CPA/CMA (or in progress)
• experience with different types of inventory
• cost accounting
• fixed asset experience
