We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Controller to join our team.

    We offer a compensation package with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. This includes an annual salary of $110,000-$120,000/annually commensurate with experience, with opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

    The following education, skills and experience are required for the Controller role:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, managerial finance, business administration or related field;

    • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting positions, including 3+ years of experience managing accounting staff;

    • In-depth experience and knowledge of accounting principles/theories (GAAP, FASB);

    • Demonstrated experience managing internal payroll operations;

    • High Proficiency with MS Office and job costing technologies;

    • Knowledge and experience with integrated accounting systems.

    Responsibilities for our Controller include, but are not limited to:

    • Directing the preparation of financial statements and the financial analysis of the organization;

    • Managing compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements, internal controls and tax filings;

    • Creating and analyzing reports to identify opportunities to improve financial results or address potential risk to the organization;

    • Developing systems and processes to improve division and company results;

    • Leading, coaching and developing the accounting team members;

    • Serving as a collaborative and strategic member of the leadership team;

    • Other duties as assigned.
