In This Role, You Will:
Manage and execute capital projects that shape the future of manufacturing operations, from planning to flawless delivery.
Develop detailed capital budgets, craft technical solutions, and ensure projects meet high standards for safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
Lead the charge in implementing state-of-the-art processes, equipment strategies, and harmonizing assets across the supply chain.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously — delivering each with excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Lead and develop engineering teams, ensuring success through strong leadership and technical guidance.

Skills & Expertise We’re Excited About:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and professional communication.
Deep understanding of manufacturing/maintenance requirements related to safety, food safety, and quality standards.
Hands-on experience with AB, Fanuc, and Wonderware systems.
Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, ISA, and ANSI standards.
Expertise in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, Ethernet communications, sensors, robots, servo drives, and vision systems.
Programming skills with Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix5, RSLogix5000) and PowerFlex Series VFDs.
Familiarity with Ethernet, Remote I/O, DeviceNet, and ControlNet communication networks.
Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
Experience with SCADA systems highly desired.
A strong history of training and supporting maintenance and production teams.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on automation and controls experience in a production facility.
Previous manufacturing or food production industry experience a plus.
Prior experience supporting plant or line start-ups a strong advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range:
$107,000–$127,000 annually
(based on experience, education, and skills).
