Technical Source is currently in search of a Controls Engineer for an engineering service firm in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. Some travel to client sites across North Carolina may be needed. The qualified candidate should have experience programming/troubleshooting PLC-Based Control Systems.

Responsibilities of the Controls Engineer include:

• Program/Troubleshoot PLC-Based Control Systems
• Perform Modifications to SCADA Systems
• Review Design Packages
• Communicate with Clients as needed

Qualifications of the Controls Engineer include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field
• 3+ Years of Automation Experience
• Knowledge of PLC-Based Controls System (Rockwell/Allen Bradley Preferred)
• Knowledge of SCADA Systems (GE iFIX Preferred)
