  • Responsibilities

    Seeking an experienced Controls Technician to support the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, controls, SCADA, and automation systems across a variety of industrial and process facilities.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working with advanced instrumentation, and supporting critical plant operations in a field-based environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.

    Support the reliable operation of instrumentation, electrical equipment, process controls, and automation systems.

    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instruments measuring flow, pressure, temperature, level, and process variables.

    Troubleshoot and maintain telemetry, SCADA, PLC, and process control systems.

    Read and interpret wiring diagrams, loop drawings, ladder logic, P&IDs, and technical specifications.

    Install, modify, and integrate industrial control panels and supporting systems.

    Calibrate and test instrumentation using loop calibrators, process simulators, HART communicators, RTD, and thermocouple equipment.

    Troubleshoot pneumatic and electronic control loops, control valves, and process instrumentation.

    Work closely with operations, maintenance, and electrical teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

    Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety procedures and company standards.

    Qualifications

    Technical or vocational training in Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical Technology, or a related field.

    6+ years of experience supporting instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments.

    Experience working in manufacturing, power generation, water/wastewater treatment, oil & gas, chemical, or process facilities.

    Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC hardware, telemetry systems, and industrial process controls.

    Hands-on experience calibrating and maintaining flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation.

    Proficiency using HART communicators, loop calibrators, process calibrators, and related test equipment.

    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally between facilities.
