Full-Time Sign Installer Welcome to Converge Signs! As a Sign Installer at Converge Signs, you are an essential member of our team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of interior and exterior signs and graphics. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have experience with bucket trucks and a passion for delivering top-notch service. This full-time role offers: • Starting pay at $50,000 - $60,000 per year with opportunities for overtime pay. Per diem is provided when applicable/traveling • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401k with company match • Paid Time Off and Holidays Off • Opportunities for professional development and advancement • Supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: • Install a variety of signs including, but not limited to, LED, illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signs. • Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment to safely install signs at various heights and within OSHA standards. • Perform maintenance and repair work on existing signs. • Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local regulations. • Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sign installer or in a similar role is highly desirable. • Experience operating bucket trucks is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring related to sign installations. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong physical stamina and the ability and willingness to work at heights. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, and out-of-town stays as needed. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
