    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for a Solea Success Manager (SSM) to join our team. In this position the SSM is responsible for ensuring each customer meets their definition of success. In this role you will partner with the clinical team to maximize customer engagement and create a seamless customer onboarding experience for our customers while implementing Solea into their dental practice. You will develop long-term relationships with our customers to build trust and commitment to the product. Through this relationship, as SSM you’ll identify customer needs, as well as opportunities to sell additional services and products. Solea Success Managers work cross-functionally to both advocate on behalf of the customer and drive maximum revenue and growth in their assigned territory. This position reports to our Manager of Business Development & Sales Support.

    This is a fully remote position, ideally located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sell annual support & maintenance renewal agreements to customers in their assigned territory.

    Create and manage lead generation opportunities to existing customers on new sales for Solea lasers, Solea applications, and Solea handpieces.

    Plays a vital role in the customer onboarding experience to ensure customer engagement and maximize the retention of all new sales.

    Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and commitment to the product.

    Work with dissatisfied customers to understand the disparity in expectation versus reality and develop and communicate a clear plan to close the gap to increase customer satisfaction and utilization.

    Identify opportunities for customers to gain new education, training, or implement a new application.

    Maintain accurate and thorough records in our CRM system.

    Effectively and efficiently communicate customer status to all Convergent Dental teams, as necessary.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Work experience in at least 2 of the following categories: account management, sales, hospitality, customer success, product training.

    Dental experience a plus, familiarity with the clinical and business workflow in a dental practice

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to give formalized presentations virtually.

    Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and all Microsoft Outlook Applications

    Function well in a fast-paced, agile organization

    Able to work diligently in a remote setting – performing and recording required tasks.

    Adhere to the company’s core values and vision.

    SALARY This position includes a base salary and commission structure.
