Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience in conversation design, UX strategy, or AI-driven digital experience roles.

Proven hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Kore.AI, Voiceflow, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) for mapping user flows and interaction models.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging conversational experiences.

Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (preferred but not required).
