Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and engaging conversational flows for chatbots and voice interfaces.
Use tools like Genesys Architect and eGain to implement and optimize self-service solutions.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to define conversation logic and intents.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user interactions to iterate on design.
Work closely with business stakeholders to align the conversational experience with customer service goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience designing conversational experiences for IVRs, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Architect, and eGain.
Understanding of conversational UX principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
Experience using design and prototyping tools is a plus.
