    Convertros is looking for a highly driven and skilled Marketing Content Specialist / Digital Marketer to help build and lead our sales efforts.

    We operate 2 brands (www.convertros.com and www.inspectorcallcenter.com) targeting two different audiences (Large buyers of Digital Leads and Home Inspection Companies). Working hands-on with the owners, you will be responsible designing and implementing both our content and digital engagement strategy. From producing short/long clips, testimonials and white papers to picking a CMS and building partnerships, you will get to own the end to end lifecycle of our marketing efforts.

    We are looking for a dynamic, analytical and ambitious individual seeking a fast-growth opportunity to build out a marketing function at a high-growth fully virtual company.

    Compensation: On Target Earnings: $60,000-$70,000

    Ø $45,000 base salary

    Ø $15,000-$25,000 Bonus targets

    Things you will be responsible for:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
    • Generate ongoing right video content for different platforms to drive engagement and conversions
    • Collaborate with the leadership team, clients and vendors to produce content library.
    • Create and implement campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, and search.
    • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage marketing budget for campaigns across different brands.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

    Things you need to be able to do:

    • Create engaging video content short and long format
    • Leverage suite of digital marketing tools from CMS/CRMs to facebook ads
    • Analyze and interpret data - Knowledge of Google Analytics / other web analytics tools.
    • Write succinctly and eloquently
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

    Experiences we'd like you to have:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
    • Working with gig vendors (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
