Convey Studios was founded in 2005 by Sesha Smith and has grown into one of the most trusted wedding photo & video companies in the DFW area. We love what we do and we want you to love it too! We handle all of the behind-the-scenes work: consultations, billing, post-production, etc, so you can focus on what you know and love - working with clients and shooting! We are looking for experienced photographers who have little to no wedding photography experience, but want to learn, to join our wedding photo & video team! Here are the requirements to apply:

• Online photography portfolio to show
• 2 DSLR camera bodies, multiple lenses, off camera flash (sorry no Canon Rebels)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Availability on most Fridays-Sundays (we book based on your availability)
• High Speed internet for uploading photos Starting pay for 2nd photographers is $30/hour and our lowest package is 4 hours. As you gain wedding experience and build your wedding portfolio, our hope is to eventually transition you to being a lead photographer. You can even photograph as a freelance photographer for other businesses like ours if you'd like. Will I be able to use the images for my portfolio? We own the images, but we grant you rights to use them in your portfolio, website, social media, etc. 60 days after the wedding. Is this full time, part time, or contract work? You would be a W-9 independent contractor. As weddings become available, we send you a contract for each individual job.
