Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm.

Responsibilities:

· Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing

· Review and clear title issues

· Draft and review purchase and sale agreements

· Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers

· Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients

· Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience

· Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

· Strong knowledge of title review and clearance

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Experience with lender representation preferred
