Job Description

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Apprentice to join our team! In this role, you will provide support to Conzinity Group's Client Operations team helping to create efficiency in our client’s daily operations. The Finance and Accounting Apprentice will become an integral team member and provide substantial support in helping to enhance Conzinity Group’s service offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess financial information
• Create Dashboards and Visualizations based on stored financial information
• Develop polices and procedures based on information provided from team members
• Analyzing data patterns in financial information to determine trends and anomalies
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General understanding of Finance and Accounting Concepts
• Highly motivated, professional minded and capable of managing competing priorities
• Maintains a professional example at all times
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) applications
• Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
