Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our Back of House (BOH) team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Big Chicken's high standards and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Assist with inventory management and control.
- Observe and report any issues or discrepancies in food quality or kitchen operations.
- Uphold Big Chicken's brand standards in every dish prepared and served.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
