Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations • Assemble a system of food stations and fill them with everything they need for the shift • Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served • Interact with visitors, vendors, and associates while maintaining a professional and positive attitude • Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage Compensation: 10.75 - 13.75 hourly
