Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift

Monitor food freshness, proper storage, and rotation to minimize waste

Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and mise en place

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service

Follow all food safety and health code regulations at all times

Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a professional kitchen preferred

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain one
