Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food prep area

Monitor food stock and freshness, rotating inventory as needed

Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food deliveries

Adapt to changing menu needs and customer requests with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Prior experience as a cook, prep cook, or in a food service environment preferred

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
