Responsibilities:

Prepare handmade fudge and specialty confections using traditional methods

Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Package and present products for sale

Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation

Work with the team to meet production goals

Interact with customers and share product knowledge

Qualifications:

Cooking, baking, candy-making, or food production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift ingredients/equipment as needed
