    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
    • Set up workstations with the necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
    • Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to ensure consistent standards.
    • Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing kitchen inventory as needed.
    • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and smooth service.
    • Support special requests and dietary considerations when applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
