    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for motivated and dependable **Line Cook **to work at the Fins Restaurant located at the Margaritaville Island Hotel on the Island in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a team-oriented environment to prepare and cook Margaritaville specific recipes to meet guest standards. You will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing delicious dishes that capture the essence of our tropical paradise.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

    • Maintain specific assigned area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
    • Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of dishes to the front of the house.
    • Communicate effectively to coordinate cooking times and order priorities.
    • Adhering to food safety and proper guidelines standards is critical.
    • Always maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring that floors, workstation and surfaces clean prior to leaving.
    • Other duties will be discussed during the interview.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Professional appearance with strong written and verbal communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Physical stamina and mobility which includes the ability to reach, kneel and bend with the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be willing to work evenings, holidays and weekends. Hours vary according to occupancy and events.
    • Restaurant Cook Experience: 1 year preferred

    Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / 8hr shifts Pay: Starting $18.00 per hour
