Responsibilities: • Cook food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions • Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations • Stock ingredients needed for food items by washing, cutting, dicing, or slicing them as needed • Finish each shift by sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning countertops, and wiping down any other surfaces that were used • Check food temperatures with thermometers to ensure that food has reached safe levels of heat for consumption Qualifications: • Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize and multitask • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred • Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic Compensation: $14 hourly
