- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitary practices.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support seamless service during peak hours.
- Adapt to changes in menu, guest preferences, or dietary needs to create satisfying meals.
- Contribute to menu planning and development by bringing creative ideas and taking part in food tastings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and understand cooking measurements and ratios.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
