Cook Needed – VernyKidz Childcare Center

VernyKidz is seeking a dependable and experienced cook to prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks for infants and young children.

The ideal candidate must:

Have experience preparing nutritious meals in a childcare, school, or similar setting

Follow approved menus, recipes, portion sizes, and food-allergy requirements

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen

Follow food-safety and CACFP guidelines

Be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working around children

Possess a valid Food Protection Certificate or be willing to obtain one

Successfully complete all required background and medical clearances

This is a part-time position at our Brooklyn childcare center. Work hours and compensation will be discussed during the interview.
