About the Role:

Join WILLOW WOODS C D C as a Cook, where you will create delicious and nutritious meals for our community. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and are dedicated to promoting healthy eating.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks in accordance with nutritional guidelines.

Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.

Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with staff to create weekly menus that cater to dietary restrictions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.

Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu planning and improvements.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for cooking and providing excellent food service.

Must pass a background check and health screening.
