We’re looking for a Cook and/or Line Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-energy environment and wants to grow their skills while helping deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests — all while working under an award-winning Executive Chef.
What You’ll Do Prepare ingredients for service, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, proteins, and other items
Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Confidence working in a busy kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak service times
Basic math skills for measuring, portioning, and following recipes
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
