JOB DESCRIPTION: COOK / PREP PERSON

Job Overview - Burger Theory Cooks are responsible for positive interactions while accurately creating and presenting menu items correctly in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications

Food handling experience and certification.

Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversation Must speak English and be able to write basic English

General Responsibilities

Greet fellow employees in a positive manner.

Learn and follow the required recipes in order to present food in a consistently appetizing manner.

Keep ticket times within standard

Food rotation.

Prep and stock daily.

Assist with the cleaning of and putting away of dishes.

Complete all opening and closing work

Follow all state and local health and sanitation laws while working in the kitchen.

Assist in the set up and tear down of manager receptions or banquet events if needed.

Assist all Front of House employees in creating a positive, memorable experience for all guests.
