Key Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare, season, and cook foods such as meats, vegetables, and snacks, often for large-scale operations.
Organize, clean, and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment before and after service.
Check ingredient quality, follow recipes, ensure correct portioning, and check temperatures.
Prepare, cook, and present meals, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, usually 6 days per week.
Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure proper storage and handling of food.
