We’re in search of an Office Manager to work at the helm of our office operations and set expectations with our office staff that meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities: • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Work with a third-party billing system and keep the EHR system accurate and up to date with office policies. • Ability to address payments, EOBs, balances, and credits with patients. • Keep up to do date accounting and finances through our POS systems and mail. • Ability to work with a team, while maintaining a thriving front and back office department that supplements every provider within our office. Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • A healthcare background is recommended but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual! • References will be verified!
