Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond is accepting applications for an Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Secretary. The position is responsible for a wide range of duties related to processing financing and insurance transactions for vehicle purchases.

• Work closely with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt preparation and processing of all auto sales and lease deals.
• Assist in preparation of bank finance and title documents.
• Ensure all required forms and documents are accurately completed.
• Verify accuracy of customer and vehicle information on contracts.
• Reconcile and log all sales and leas transactions.
• Scan, fax, email and or mail documents as needed for funding and record retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior experience in an automotive finance or administrative role preferred
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. CDK experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
