    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Repair Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, and repair commercial kitchen appliances and machines. You must have experience in a commercial kitchen repair technician role. You must also be a team player who is also comfortable working independently.

    Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

    2+ years of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC

    Possess a valid Driver’s License / Possess a clean driving history

    High school or equivalent (required)

    Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly.

    Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

    Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

    Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients in a professional manner.

    Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment

    Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment including, but not limited to, refrigeration equipment, cooking equipment, beverage equipment, and dish machines

    Must at minimum be capable of service on commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment, and refrigeration

    Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment to test, setup, or maintain equipment

    Respond to emergency maintenance requests

    Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

    Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy

    Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
