Job Title: Henny Penny Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Henny Penny Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing Henny Penny appliances. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working on Henny Penny appliances, along with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
2+ years of technical experience working on Henny Penny appliances and other commercial kitchen equipment
Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients in a professional manner
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines
Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets effectively for remote communication and time tracking
Responsibilities:
Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment, specifically Henny Penny appliances
Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment as needed
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy
Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
