    Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HVACR Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair

    air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, heating systems, ventilation systems, and controls.

    You must have past experience in an HVACR service technician role and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVACR systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, heating systems, ventilation systems, and controls.

    Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, lubricating parts, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.

    Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVACR equipment and effectively troubleshoot issues.

    Conduct thorough inspections of HVACR systems to identify potential problems or areas of improvement.

    Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    Keep detailed records of all service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and hours worked.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial HVACR services.

    Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or technical training in HVACR is preferred.

    Proven experience as a Commercial HVACR Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

    Proficient understanding of electrical circuits and ability to read schematics/diagrams.

    Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly.

    Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients in a professional manner.

    Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

    Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
