COMPENSATION

· Starting pay of $15/hr depending on amount of similar or related experience* PLUS the opportunity to earn monthly incentives

· Incentive amounts are based on monthly production numbers and there is no cap on the number of incentives that can be earned; average earned annual incentives are between $10,000-$15,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists members by opening/closing accounts, conducting loan interviews, completing loan closings, and answering questions about products and services

· Identifies cross-selling opportunities to deepen the relationship with the member

· Researches and troubleshoots account problems to formulate a sufficient solution

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience* is required

· Prior banking experience* is strongly preferred

HOURS & LOCATION

· Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 2 Saturdays per month 8:45am-1:15pm
